Eaton PJ1BK black unbreakable switch cover wallplate. Commercial Specification Grade, Mid-Size, made of a high-performance unbreakable thermoplastic for high abuse environments; do not confuse it with regular residential grade wallplates which can chip and crack. Mid-Size size measures 3.125"w X 4.875"h, 3/8" larger in both dimensions than standard size plates and is intended for use with larger volume outlet boxes or to hide irregularities in the surrounding wall. Features include:
- Mid-Size wallplates are 0.375" (9.53mm) longer and wider in both dimensions than standard to cover large wallboard openings
- Assures NEC-required gap coverage for most wallboard-to-box openings
- Virtually unbreakable polycarbonate construction - high structural rigidity, long-term form retention
